All prices shown are in inclusive of any VAT where applicable.  All items will be delivered by First Class Royal Mail and should reach you within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated.
 
Dragonflies reserve the right to decline or accept an offer to purchase any of our products.  Acknowledgement of your order is not a guarantee of acceptance.
 
SHIPPING
Standard delivery starts from £3.25 within mainland UK. If the combined weight of your order exceeds 1kg the price rises to £5.95.  All Jewellery orders exceeding £50 will be sent by special delivery at £5.95
 
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however all our products are supplied on a 7 day approval. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods they may returned for a full refund (excluding postage) and providing that the goods are unused and in there original packaging.
 
"EEK IT'S BROKEN!"
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or we have sent you the wrong item in error, we will of course replace it and refund you the cost of return postage. You must notify us of any damage or error within 4 days of receipt. If you do-not want the item replaced please mention this in your return e-mail and you will be refunded in full upon return of the item to us.
 
This contract does not affect your statutory rights.
